I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and have been committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. With a background in sales, I understand the needs of customers and the importance of making sure that everything is handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Mike came to Delta V EuroWerks in 2019 with over 30 years in the automotive business. He has spent time in parts departments, body shops, dealerships and independents. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing guitar, working out like a mad man and he’s a huge Star Wars buff.
Aiden Service Writer
Aiden joined Delta V EuroWerks in August of 2017. He graduated High School from James River High School in 2016 with 6 ASE certifications in Auto Body repair. He brings a nice youthful eye to the crew here and will be one of the voices that you hear when calling in.

Anthony joined Delta V EuroWerks in May of 2022. Anthony is a BMW/Mini Certified Master technician with over ten experience specifically on those marques. He served in the US Navy for 5 years as a MR (Machinery Repairman). He has been an avid Skateboarder for many years, he enjoys music and spending time with his family. He’s also a huge Star Wars and Disney Nerd..
Neil Technician
O’Neil Allmond joined Delta V EuroWerks in 2018 with nearly 30 years of experience across BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Mazda, and more. A BMW & MINI Master Certified technician with ASE credentials and a Mechanical Engineering background from Cornell, O’Neil brings deep expertise and a friendly touch to every repair. Read more
Willie Technician
Willie came to Delta V EuroWerks in 2014 from The Old Volks Home where he had been for over 26 years. He is THE VW GURU in Richmond, VA. If you drive or have driven an air cooled bus, beetle, Vanagon or Eurovan in the last 40 years, Willie has probably had his hands on it at some point. Willie studied and Richmond Tech Center and jumped into the industry over 30 years ago.

Dan Technician
Dan has been an auto technician for about 20 years as a state inspector, has an associate degree from J Sargent Reynolds, followed by two years at an independent shop on all brands, then moved into working 16 years at the BMW and MINI Dealership as Master tech for MINI along w/ extensive BMW training.

Indie Shop Dog
Indie is our new full time shop dog and head of customer service. Chances are you’ll meet her the second you walk through the door. Zero stepped aside from shop duties to spend more quality time on the couch and keep things under control at home.
