Meet the Delta V RVa Team
Glenn - Owner
I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and have been committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. With a background in sales, I understand the needs of customers and the importance of making sure that everything is handled in a professional and courteous manner. It has been a long standing dream of mine to pursue my own endeavor and I acquired Delta V RVa in July of 2011. I love music, woodworking, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Mike - Manager
Mike came to Delta V in 2019 with over 30 years in the automotive business. He has spent time in parts departments, body shops, dealerships and independents. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing guitar, working out like a mad man and he’s a huge Star Wars buff.
Aiden - Service Writer
Aiden joined Delta V in August of 2017. He graduated High School from James River High School in 2016 with 6 ASE certifications in Auto Body repair. He brings a nice youthful eye to the crew here and will be one of the voices that you hear when calling in. Aiden is currently serving as a Service Writer and Shop Assistant when we need the big heavy stuff moved. Affectionately referred to as ManChild since he was 14, he’s always helpful when we need to get something off the top shelf or move the big stuff.
Anthony - Technician
Anthony joined Delta V in May of 2022. Anthony is a BMW/Mini Certified Master technician with over ten experience specifically on those marques. He served in the US Navy for 5 years as a MR (Machinery Repairman). He has been an avid Skateboarder for many years, he enjoys music and spending time with his family. He’s also a huge Star Wars and Disney Nerd.
Neil - Technician
O’Neil Allmond came to Delta V in 2018 from another local Independent shop and spent many years at BMW and many other manufacturers and independent service shops. O’Neil is extremely well versed in BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Mazda and several domestic lines. He has been in the automotive field for nearly 30 years. Neil is BMW and Mini Master Certified, holds many different ASE certifications and studied Mechanical Engineering at Cornell. In his “free time” he enjoys music, aquariums, gaming and playing pool. Born in New York then he moved to Jamaica for several years, lastly moving to Virginia over 20 years ago. Every once in a while, you might still catch a little Jamaican accent while he is working on something that needs a little additional encouragement.
Willie - Technician
Willie came to Delta V in 2014 from The Old Volks Home where he had been for over 26 years. He is THE VW GURU in Richmond, VA. If you drive or have driven an air cooled bus, beetle, Vanagon or Eurovan in the last 40 years, Willie has probably had his hands on it at some point. Willie studied and Richmond Tech Center and jumped into the industry over 30 years ago. His knowledge of older air cooled and VW diesel engines could probably fill the interwebs. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, biking, fishing, camping and scale model building and model railroading. Willie is one of a kind and if you’ve ever met him, you know what I mean. There will be songs written about Willie one day.
Dan - Technician
Dan has been an auto technician for about 20 years as a state inspector, has an associate degree from J Sargent Reynolds, followed by two years at an independent shop on all brands, then moved into working 16 years at the BMW and MINI Dealership as Master tech for MINI along w/ extensive BMW training. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, hosting parties, building structures, and spending time with friends and family. He's currently enjoying the break-in while becoming more acclimated to the Delta-V lifestyle! He looks forward to getting to know all the regular customers and company friends!
Indie - Shop Dog
Indie is our new full time shop dog and head of customer service. Chances are you’ll meet her the second you walk through the door. Zero stepped aside from shop duties to spend more quality time on the couch and keep things under control at home.
